Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Quest problem

I have a problem with the quest "Kilas wants his abacus back".I got this quest from Kilas in Hydlaa , he is at the entrance in Hydlaa together with other 3 NPC's. The quest says I have to get his abacus back from Crosh Dunhammer ( he is in the dungeon of Hydlaa ) when I get to Crosh and ask for the abacus he says he'll give it back only when I tell him how many days he has been counting. The answer is 15 but Crosh still wont give me the abacus.Pls help.

Almost all the objects in the game appear as dwarf's from apples , the furnace in the tutorial and even some book shelfs. The problem is that I cant figure it out. Yesterday everything looked OK and now this the prob. is that I don't know why because I just started the game as usual.
