Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / They Dont Say Anything :(

This is really annoying
im on and im talking to that first lady and shes answering me and then i talk to tohers like the dwarf lady and i say "hi and she says something like "so i guess you wonna learn blacksmithing" or something and she doesnt answer me?
