Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Cant connect to the server

Hi, i have a problem to connect to the planeshift server.
the client sais : server failed

i've seen the webpage of the server, it's not down.

I'm behind a proxy, so i opened the 7777 port.
Ping is OK.

It still doesn't work.

What appends, how can I connect to the server ?

PS: I've just downloaded the last version of the game
