Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Just ran latest updater today 7/23/o8

and I am getting "Loading Region Failed" at startup and then it crashes..................... i went to XML and i dont see a line that shows the word True or False now.

What now and how do I remedy it??????
