Hi, i have the same problem.
My character Deidera crashed when crossing region (unsure of the location, was following a new friend that showed me were to go for training, 2nd day playing here).
The thing is everytime i try to log in as Deidera Planeshift crash and if i use my Alt account i can log in without problems.
Can you help me too to get out of limbo?
