Newbie Help (Start Here) / Noob question

I looked at FAQ and didnt find answer there, also search but didnt really find a clear answer there either.

It said the Klyros or traditionel archers, cause of their skill to make bows.
But can every class wield bows and get bow skills?

just got back, didnt change anything yet but it seems to patch again.

so I double post so people that could help wouldnt miss this:

I did it all, the PS updater did the up dates, yet when I click open launchr i still get the error: OpenAL32.dll is missing.
Also the updater sais:

Dl updatefile
md5sum of client zip doesnt matchcorrect md5sum!!
couldnt read file/this/updaterinfo.xml.bak!
failed to remove file/this/updaterinfo.xml.bak
update finished.

So what now?

yup thjat seems to work, but I still dont get why it didnt when i just changed it.

okay, so to begin with ive got windows XP.

Ive installed the game in c:/ps
then i opened the file updaterinfo.XML, copied to editpad, edited the"false" to "true".
Saved and overwrote it.

Now when i open it I get this: De XML-pagina kan niet worden weergegeven
Cannot read XML-input with make-up model . fix this error and press renew or try again later
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Incorrect on the highest lvl of the document. Fault by source file:///C:/PS/updaterinfo.xml. line 1, p...

Aso when running planshift updater i get this error:

Planeshift updater version 5 for win32

Checking for updates:
xml parsing error in file '/this/updaterinfo.xml': Error <in: line 1:1>.
Unable to get root node.

Updater finished press enter to exit.

I installed the game 2/3 times, and used the USA mirror Xordan USA to download it.
After its installed i dont get the destkop icon(I know I can dragg it from menu, but in most games it apears from the beginning after install).

And when i click it from the menu i get next error: head: psclient.exe- cannot find part
Body: this application cannot be started because  OpenAL32.dll cannot be found. Reinstalling this application can solve the problem(tried that didnt work.)

Anyone here can help me?
