Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / My caracter is totally stuck!!

unstick doesn't work..I tried jumping and moving but my carater is stuck...how can I resolve this?

PS runs really slow on my ubuntu 8.04. And I dont think its the pc configuration, since I play WOW on it. Any clues to why its so laggy?
