Alright here\'s my attempt, it was made from a screenshot I took which was a bit difficult since I had to remove the target box, and had to add a great number of effects, and finally I added the planeshift gif included with the program :)

BTW it\'s about 150KB, it\'s that size since I chose the maximum qualitiy when saving(I can change this easily).

Make sure not to have opengl clamp enabled, and also try running at the resolution of 1024x768 in fullscreen for the game, for some odd reason I seem to get a higher frame rate for 1024x768 that 640x480 :?  Also if you haven\'t already try setting the game colour to 16-bit.

I bet the devs actually forgot to add the character or at least to enable the character to give out quests :P

I think the reality of the situation is that the developers just forgot to add the quest, as an oversight, and that\'s why it\'s impossible to find the character who provides the quest :P
