Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / error when training ends

hello, i have a problem. I played PS today and all was normal, but when i finished training and the client was loading Yliakum an error message appeared "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 6969EE13. i have widows vista. what should i do? ???
