Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Unexpected error?

     Updater completed on my system. However, once I attempted to run PlaneShift, I got a message saying "Something unexpected has occurred" or something similar to that. Anyway, I did manage to save a crash dump file. It is in a format that I cannot view with any programs I currently have. I'm not sure what I can do to upload this file so that I can fix this. So can anyone help me with this issue? Either helping me upload the crash dump file or (hopefully) knowing the solution to this issue immediately. This is a Vista machine.

I had a similar problem, I tried to send it to my spam email on hot mail, but it wouldn't send, but it did send to my g mail.

Well...I thank you for helping me with my first problem...but now I've discovered another. When I run the client, it says that openAL32.dll isn't found, so I looked up the fixes to this problem, the most prominent being "run the updater" opon doing that I find out that updaterinfo.xml is inactive, so I follow the steps to fix that...I try changing to to true, failed. Tryed getting a new copy..failed. I need a little help here. It just seems like one problem after another  :@#\

Processor:  AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 1.10GHz
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
System Memory:  159 GB
Video Memory:  ?
RAM: 958 MB

I just downloaded the game I SEE the installer's icon, double click it, give administrator  consent, and.....nothing happens. I've done this several times, and it's been several hours...I downloaded for the correct OS....but...what's the problem? Is Vista not compatible with PS? Help soon...Please  :'(
