Eurac, can you explain how to replace the maps?
I wonder if iti will fix the maps not found problem i'm having...

this started happening to me a lot too, mostly when I'm transitioning between certain maps.  I usually just end up /die (ing) my way out.  But if you don't want to take that route go /who and see if any gms are online (it will say game master beside their name) or go ont othe gm chat channel in irc and ask them if they will move you.   As far as I know there isn't a fix for this bug yet unfortunately.

Look here- http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1209537&tstart=0
theres some other suggestions there that might help you.

Incidentally I also noticed that a when I updated I saw two updaters in my planeshift folder which I never noticed before.  I deleted one of them and the update worked.. so I'm not sure if that is what fixed it or the fact that i cleared the startupitems.

The problem has reoccured several,  But I just googled 'process has forked' and found out that by clearing the contents of my library/startupitems helped so I tried that.   Updater works fine now.  I probably should have done that before posting here..
