1. server status on the front page. this is a must, i truly dont want to go look on the forums.
2. the phrase "well it's not my fault/wasn't my idea" or "theres nothing i can do about it" needs to be used less. if you cant do anything about it, DONT POST. dont declare yourself an almighty mod and then point fingers. a much better response would be "i'll do everything i can to get you an answer"
3. if the game/registration server is down, maybe put a redirect link in registration to a different page, or remove it altogether.
