I'm also having trouble in the character creation screen.  It doesn't freeze, but I'm consistently disconnected after about 10 minutes, for no apparent reason.

yeah... Caarrie, could you try downloading the xml file and finding the line <config = false> or whatever for us?

but where in the updateinfo.xml does it say "<config = false>"?

I'm having the same problem... I did exactly what that post told me to do, but there isn't any "Config = false" line.
