Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Never got Validation email

Hello,
To the Moderator or Tech Support,
I never got my validation email and I cant seem to request my password because Im not validated.  I cant sign up again because my email has already been used.
Can you help?
Just send me my password or instructions via email
