On a similar note, for those of us using a race for which the models are not available, what will happen once the models are uploaded? I know that we'll start using the right character models, but will we have any influence over how our character looks? I created a Xacha, but I couldn't edit my character's appearance because I had to use the model for a different race. When the Xacha character models are uploaded, will I be able to choose what my character looks like, or will I be stuck with a generic model?

The number we got is 00925467. It's not logged, but it seems to be the same as 0083BBB9, the crash during startup.

If you've accepted a quest from an NPC, is there any way to have that NPC explain the quest again? I've got some old quests that I didn't take any notes for, and I don't have enough info to finish them. I'd much rather get the info in-game, instead of having to ask about them on here.

I don't think there's any way to get down from the guard towers in the Hydlaa Plaza. I entered the door at the base of one and was moved to the top of the tower, but there doesn't seem to be any door that leads back down. The tower is just an ordinary watch tower, like the rook of a chess set. There are no hidden areas or anything, just a large platform with segments of wall around the edges. Without a door to go back down, the only way off would be to jump, which will likely kill the falling character. If I'm missing something obvious or if this is supposed to be some kind of puzzle just tell me, but it seems that this is a game glitch with forces players to die. And if this is supposed to be a puzzle, it's a very strange one; when someone climbs a tower, it shouldn't be a mystery where the door to the stairs was.
