well i just added my fps into view and im having a range of fps from 0.01 to 10 which i dont think is the normal rate with all due respect

Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Cant play

Hey, i just downloded Planeshift 2 days ago because i was deperatly looking for a free MMORPG to play .
After i created my character i did login and after it loaded which is about 30 minutes each time i try to actually walk and turn and all i see is pictures meaning it dosent move smoothly at all.
I tried doing it software and opengl and lower resolution but nothing helped.
My comp specs are:
P3 800mhz
Geforce 2 400mx
windows xp
ADSL.
I hope any of you would be able to help me because its very important for me, thanks.
P.S: if theres more that 1 server (the asia one) can you please give me its ip, thanks.
