Alright I just started out on planeshift a few days ago and played merely a dozen hours before the unexpected downtime. I've had the luck to find two players in that span that would help me with technical questions. I realize that there are many things that we need to learn in game and all, but I find a lot of technical OOC information to be missing.

Skills. What do the blue and yellow line mean? Really. Because I've spent about 3 hours on the forums during downtime trying to figure it out and never found an answer in the FAQs and even the wiki. But that's a minor thing. I know you guys don't want to "spoil" IC stuff but technicalities like the interface can't be considered as nothing but OOC details, imo.

My main question is about training. I know most trainings require Trias and PPs. However, it would be the least thing, and most logical RP-wise to know the actual cost of what you are training for. I often found all my trias/PPs to be gone when training without having an actual educated guess on how it would cost. which blocks me forever because my character as of now only knows how to fight rats (parts sold <5 trias) and dig for ore (2 trias per piece) I'm not complaining cause I'm poor, but because I can't manage my finances due to lack of details when training. I tried asking NPCs and even a player but I got told [that's stuff you have got to figure out yourself].
I mean. Shouldn't NPCs tell you how much their training cost?

anyone? Surely there is technically a way, that I just haven't found yet?
