Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Plane Shift Sound settings

Whenever I go into the settings in-game and try to turn master volume from zero to full I press save and it appears as it worked, but then when I quit the game and come back in it reverts back to how it was (no master volume sound)
