Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / ok i did everything the site said

alright heres the problem i downloaded the 5 things that the open me first thing alright and when i get the installer it doesn\'t work it gives me this odd error and says i should use a command called /ncrc or something but it says its not recomended what should i do this game looks realy koool and i want to play HELP
