I will try to don't sploil anything.
well, i was doing a quest, in that quest i had to give an object to a npc then talk to her and then she give this object back. Unfurtunately I clicked somewhere in the screen and lost the focus on the npc. I wasn't able to complete the conversation (I know how to end it because I had made this trade before and it worked ok and i was redoing the trade just to check some words of the conversation). well she hasn't ruturned this object, no matter how I tried, but I was able to to continue with the quest, because as i said, i had showed her this item before and had the clues to go on. But when i talk to the last npc of the quest to complete it then he demands me that item and I'm not able to finish the quest, can i do something? (reset thequest or so?) please help me.
