It is possible to continue quest after a PS client restart ?

- If next quest NPC haven't heard of you ?

- If next quest NPc have heard of you ?

* Yes

I'm right or wrong ? If right please help me because I'm doing a quest and I am stuck by a NPC who don't want to continue...
