Upon creating another character, I was sent straight into the game, but recieved the same help messages from the newbie tutorial. I also don't have any starting money, nor any starting prog points...

Could anyone (staff, maybe?) help me with that, or is it a common bug?

I'm not looking for -heavy- RP... rather I was looking for somebody who would act in an IC fashion. Probably should have clarified that. Thank you both for all your help.

Another question; is repeated OOC in an IC setting (talking to characters, doing things that a character in this setting would'nt do, ect) reportable? Or is temporary lapses and people not being IC simply something I'd have to deal with?
