I have the same methods in 10.5.9  Just pressing relaunch is enough to do the trick, though the number of times is variable.

When I try to open PSLaunch it tells me that there is an update available but that I don't have the correct permissions to install it, and that I need to use an administrator account.  I am the administrator.  Is there maybe a way to launch an updater via terminal that I can just Sudo it, or am I missing some simple fix?

Also, I was told to find Xordan, who apparently isn't in the tutorial anymore.

Xordan is a dev, I'm sure you meant Xargon, who was there last time I teleported down there to check ALs.

Yes, yes I did.  Sorry.  This is why I shouldn't post things at 2 in the morning...  Still, even though he wasn't there, Abelia was doing his job.

Got the client up and running with no problems in Mac OS 10.5.8 after following the directions in the thread.  Ran through the tutorial with no problems, except that the furnace is invisible.  Also, I was told to find Xordan, who apparently isn't in the tutorial anymore.  Abelia couldn't understand me when I told her I'd completed the tutorial, but did understand when I said I just wanted to leave.  That might have been my mistake somewhere along the line.

Otherwise what I've seen so far is absolutely beautiful and the voice acting made me smile real big.  Thank you so much for all of your effort on this game.  The changes that have happened since '04 are incredible :)  I'll keep looking.

....... if you can't remember a damn password for any of your accounts after taking a large amount of time away from the game!

This, and it's been so long the e-mail address for the game and the forums was deleted instead of just deactivated...

Stairs still make me very nervous...

You were surprised the first time falling through the world didn't send you to the Death Realm...
Getting lost looking for crystals was a good time...
You were running Windows 2000 or earlier
You remember a strange obsession with lemons in 2004/5

I went through the migration and played for awhile during Crystal Blue.  The problem is that the e-mail account I used no longer is active.  When I was playing before the switch over to Steel Blue my client remembered my password so I thought nothing of whether or not it was active.  The same thing happened on the forums (My old username was Jakob back in the day), but it's much more depressing to lose characters and character names.

I'm sure there is nothing that can be done here, but I've forgotten my password from my account and the e-mail address I used has been closed out due to inactivity.  I hadn't accessed it for about 5 years.  I don't suppose there is any way to recover my lost characters is there?  Any ideas?
