Newbie Help (Start Here) / Can't find Xenak

Maybe I am blind or maybe something didn't load right but I have the game running and I finished the tutorial but I can't find this Xenak. I know that Xargon who gave me the last training quest told me Xenak would be at the gate in front of Abelia but isn't as far as I can see.
