Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / help!

Hello, My first problem is that when i created a new character (Woland) it returned some error message (I was unable to read it due to the small print).  Now when i try to connect to the server it returns an error message that something is wrong in the database and i should contact an admin.

any help?
