Vernan , I've been playing PS on a mac for a fairly long time now, and PSlaunch has never worked as a way of entering the game. However the client did work.  I am updated to 10.6.8.  What are the specific problems with this update and how do I fix it? Thank you.

I have downloaded 0.5.7 several times, why count, it's way too many. Launch does not work, it will neither update nor repair, as it crashes every time I try to update/repair.  It will not launch the game, nor will the client launch the game.  The firewall is open, I have opened, manually every single file, I have even placed it in a "trusted vault".  Nothing works. Yes I did use the sajut.de server.  Multiple times.  Why do I need a degree in computer science to run Planeshift on a Mac?

(No weltall, I do not care that you dislike Macs, you're privilege. However, since a fairly large portion of users such as myself do us a Mac, it would be nice if it worked!)

If anyone has any ideas how I can get my client running I am open to any and all suggestions.
