Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Slow !!!!

Hi
i\'m cmask13 from belgium and i have a serios problem (only a problem for me ...).
I have a Compaq Evo N1020v notebook with Windows XP , 256Mo RAM and a graphic chipset called IGP 340M from ATI technologies(i don\'t know more about this one) and when i run the game i can enter in but it\'s really slow (i\'m in 800X600 with open gl) I think that it come from my only 256Mo RAM but
