Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Problems with both OpenGL and soft-rendering

I\'ve just downloaded and installed the client but it doesn\'t work.
My system is:
Time of test: 8 June, 00:00 AM EST
OS: Windows ME
Processor: Pentium 3 700 Mhz
RAM: 128 Mb
Video Card: Ati Mobility-M
Video Card Memory: 8 Mb
PS Client Version: 0.2.010
OpenGL or Safe Mode: both
Description of the bug: Starting both the client in safe mode and setup it exits with a \"Fatal Error: Can\'t create DirectDraw device\". Starting the client in OpenGL mode it opens a window saying \"No hardware acceleration!\" and the crashes. My video-card supports OpenGL.
