Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Blue Screen Crash During Char Creation

I was looking for the races during my character creation, and the game just freezed and I couldn't even click on the X in the window.
After some minutes, I got a blue screen asking to restart if that was the first time happening with me.
Sorry for bad English, I'm brazilian.

Hello dear community. My name is Arthur Negri and I'm from Brazil. I like roleplaying and I think I'll enjoy this game. That's it, see you in-game and in-forum.
