Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / help plz

hey again i posted in the linkdead posts and then i tryed redownloading the game and i got passed the linkdead problem now when i go 2 create a character it says i was logged on and 2 try again so then when i go 2 connect it said that theres an error and 2 contact a ps admin it happen twice. my character names are elementian and koz

i got that linkdead message twice i tryed making a character then i tryed another one with a different name both got the linkdead message and now when i go to upload it says that i was disconnected and to try again i dont know what to do but if the characters elementian or koz are created please delete them
