Mac OSX Specific Issues / What is "X11" and "static" im lost HELP ME?!?

i have been poking around and the solution to my problem is always "download X11" or "download static" my porblem is that the launcher sayd need permisions and the client wont open.
i would be happy to install whatever X11 and static is but dont know what they are i am help me plz.

my clieant.app wont run and the launcher repair thingy says i cant update because of "permissions" i am on an admin acount how can this be fixed plz help.
