I actually got into the game but it froze a few seconds after is there a way i can fix that?

Newbie Help (Start Here) / Link dead

When i try to log in with my character it says i am \"link dead\" and that i should contact an adminstarator ((havent done that yet thought id bettter ask around)) so can anyone help me?
