Well, I lead a European Guild - I\'m from Austria.
But at the moment there is only the Maximus... Me.
You may have seen, that I already asked a question about the Guild-Rules (Have a look at \"Guild-Rules\")... My Guild don\'t respect these rules (yet?).

Does EVERY Guild have to respect these rules, or only those Guilds which want to become official?
