Wish list / option to build houses

i think i could be very attractive if you could build houses if you have enough money to spend. So could large guildes build a shoow room of trophys (did any one mentioned trophys) or a single player could build a house to store all his stuff or to build up a own shop.
i think this option could give the game a very high depth.
