Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Launcher black screen help!

 So, I just installed Planeshift today. But when I clicked on the launcher, it just shows a black screen. No text, no interface, just a black screen. I could see my mouse, and move it around, but that's about it. Help??
