U guys are thinking really shallow.  A crime family doesn\'t mean \"kill the newbie\" or even \"just kill\" for that matter.  It\'s a little more than that.  A crimefamily is a family, or an organization, but not like those goodie-two shoes who have more rules then they do members.  U have a disregard for the law because u have your own code.  U got each others back, u and help out fellow members.  Ur a rebel, a mischief maker, a collaberator, but u get serious when u need to too.  U have and claim what\'s yours and u don\'t take anything from other clans.  Also being in a crimefamily doesn\'t mean u have a totaly hard heart.  U can somewhat compare it w/ Han from Star Wars (I\"m not a freak on the movie but it\'s the best example I could come up w/, there are probably better)
