Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Account Corruption (Admin needed)

Hi, I have just created an account using the name Dwolf, but when I tried to connect it says that there is a database corruption in my account and I should contact a PS admin.

So here I am contacting a PS admin.
Please can you correct this issue with my account so I can play?
