Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Planeshift for linux, segmentation fault

Hi,
When i try to run psclient-bin i get the following error:
[jimmy@Toshiba planeshift]$ ./psclient-bin -verbose
block_size: 8192

Mounting maps:.
Segmentation fault
Note: no core file is generated
im using Planeshift V0.2.010 on Mandrake 9.1.
Any ideas?
