All newbies should join guilds.

You say this as someone who is not a newbie and being a newbie is bad.  need I remind you that the game has not started yet and you are a newbie as well?  

Furthermore these \"paper guilds\" are just that paper.  They seem to be a way for all those power hungry players at an attempt to control the game.

For your information RPGs are pretty dynamic and you never know what can happen.  This is to all of you, don\'t committ to any guilds on paper before the game starts.  This is coming from someone who has been in guilds and headed guilds in more than one MMORPG.
