Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / durnin' cheats

I was trying to play planeshift and did everything that was told.
when i did everything and tryd to upload my character the computer says: player creation rejected due to cheat detection!!!!!

And i dont event tried to use cheats
What to do!
That is the question!!!!!!!!!!!
