Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Stops at just the loading world phase

my computer is not freezing...but the game will just stop at the .. world loading phase.. could anyone help me.. out and yes.. i know the req of the game.. so.. its not my machine.. any help would be of use.. thank you..
