Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / I've read through all the forums for the most part

I did see someone that had basically the same error I have whihc is there is an error in the database on your account.  Please refer to the forums for how to fix.  If its there I\'m not seeing it.  Can someone please point me in the right direction.
