Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game /
« on: September 11, 2003, 04:43:58 am »
If it had something to do with my computer than it would of done it before this, my only assumption is that something kept getting corrupted because I was using the very unreliable save file to function when downloading. And no, I most likely will not download it until a later release.

Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Ummm...

I couldn\'t get everything to load up because I kept getting errors when connecting to the server, mainly program errors so I suspected that I had corrupt saves from downloading each seperate file and saving them to desktop. I redownloaded them and reinstalled then ran them about 3 times over, but on the third time explorer totally crashed... after that I couldn\'t start up windows at all. I shut off all my power turned it all back on, ran it, but it would load up then go to a blue screen for just less than a second, then shutdown. I tried starting it in safe mode and at the last working settings, but nothing worked, I had no access. I had to totally reinstall windows just because the game caused explorer to crash. I really think that problems like this should be looked into, yet I do realize that this game is still in early stages, this is rather heavy on my nerves.(BTW I am running on Windows XP home edition, P4 1.8ghz processor, 128RAM PC2100.)

I got everything working and it was loading, then after waiting like 15 minutes I got an error, it said this exactly, \"The instruction at \"0x01062aa4\" referenced memory at \"0x00000a74\". The memory could not be \"written\".\". It was an Application error, and I have no idea what to do now. Anybody know how to fix this?
