Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / No Hardware Renderer?

Has anyone had the issue of not having hardware rendering when you do?

I like many have the lag bad framerate problem, but it\'s the same in either software or OpenGL.

I get the error of no hardware support when I really have a 64 meg GeForce2. Any ideas?
