How to create an account to play the game ?

I have the following problem :

When I want to upload my informations it just doesn\'t make it, must I have an account because each time I need a password to put I really don\'t know what to put ....

For the server I know it is : ps.gamiix.com

But for the other things I\'m lost !!!!!!!!

Please help
