Newbie Help (Start Here) / Trouble wiht Run_me_first.bap(or whatever it is)

First of all, I am running a Win2k, and yes I have that one file in c:\\Winnt\\system32. When I double click on Run_me_first it displays (http://www.geocities.com/reaperofdreams2003/untitled.gif) as a message for a brief second. Copy n paste the link for a crappy yet readable quick screen capture of the message.
