Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Damn this thing! Help me!

Um... Here i got a little problem. This damn program shutdown himself when i try to login. ( I got windows xp Professional) There come somekind of message: PSclient has encouted problem and it need to be closed!
Have anyone got same problem??? Or know what should i do? This is really annoying!
