Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Help plz

I\'ve solve the problems at start of the game but i\'ve got some more problem. during the game it go very slow
this is my cmp:
pentium3 600mhz
256 mb ram
video ati rage fury pro 16 mb
and more
for better gaming must i change my video card?
