Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Game Create player

If i click on a race it says its not in teh game yet. and when i try to connect it says somthing like  Deadlink  or somthing i cant see the tect clear for some reason so i need help  step by step on playing Please lol

Oh yeah and i only have 127 mb RAM.... :(
