can somebody help me?i have an installation problem

Installer corrupted or incomplete...

but i have try it many times..i have reinstall from the side and and and..

It`s not the first time i have this problem... in .rar files i have it many times but why??

I have DSL,IE 6.0,Windows XP,no download programm...
File 1-4 have 19.532 Byte,File 5=9.794
